Wenigstens einmal in der Saison musste ich mir bzw. uns frische Trüffel gönnen. Trüffel sind leider ein teures Vergnügen, zumindest wenn man die richtig guten Alba Trüffel verwendet.
Just once in a season I resp. we shall allow ourselfes fresh truffles. Unfortunately truffles are an expensive pleasure, at least if you choose the really good white alba truffles.
Da ich ja nun auch stolzer Besitzer eines Smokers bin, musste ich den heute unbedingt einbrennen, um evtl. Dämpfe usw. von Lack und dergleichen los zu kriegen.
