Vom letzten Wochenende blieb eine Entenbrust übrig (welch ein Zufall) und da das Zeug ja nicht besser wird, musste heute mal wieder eine Entenbrust in den Wok. Im Gegensatz zum letzten Mal wurde die Ente nicht gekocht, sondern vor dem Fritieren in Dampf gegart.
One duck breast left from the last weekend (what a hap) and because those things won’t get better again a duck breast was stir fried in the Wok. Contrary to the last time the duck has not been cooked but before frying it was steamed.
