Da ich von 2009 und 2010 noch genügend Johannisbeeren hatte und auch noch genug Reserven an Johannisbeerwein vorhanden sind, dachte ich mir, ich starte mal einen Versuch und mache Sekt daraus (genügend Säure haben die Beeren ja).
