Not long ago we had to have Spaghetti AOP, again. As simple as this dish is as aromatic and genial it is.
Yesterday it had to be something special for dinner and so we hat fresh tortelli, stuffed with white asparagus and Philadelphia with a cream sauce.
Just once in a season I resp. we shall allow ourselfes fresh truffles. Unfortunately truffles are an expensive pleasure, at least if you choose the really good white alba truffles.
Last week on Tuesday I got 30 gramms of fresh bianchetti truffles (tuber albidum pico) from “Trüffelkontor” And since this I’m looking forward all the time for the pasta which we ate finally today.
