On saturday we had roastbeef as main dish and additional to the liked rosmary potatoes we had a frittata which was reall liked by the guests.
It’s been a while I made a really good ragù and therefore I had to make one, now! Of course we had no spaghetti with the ragù as usual in Germany but tagliatelle as it is the classic way to eat ragù alla bolognese.
Yesterday I wasn’t sure if I want to have Spaghetti AOP or a steak. After I walked in the woods today and my face was a bit cool and the sun was shining I thought Carbonara would be fine.
This week we went to the forrest to collect some mushrooms and we found not less. Actually I’d like to make just scrambled eggs with mushrooms but then I decided to make pasta with mushrooms.
By request of my sweet heart today we had penne with zucchini and champignons and saffron. This meal lives of nothing but good ingredients and the preparing is a simple job.
After the gluttony on yesterday’s men’s eve today it had to be something simple and because we had not that much ingredients we had again Spaghetti AOP.
Yesterday it had to be something special for dinner and so we hat fresh tortelli, stuffed with white asparagus and Philadelphia with a cream sauce.
