Since yesterday I’m at home and sick and therefore I had to switch to meager food ration. To grill while being sick ist not that good when you have weather like this and so something simple and savory had to be cooked.

The gorgonzola foam is fluffy and therefore the taste of it was really special.

On the 2nd Christmas day my dad came to us and I made gigot. Due to I am still a bit sick I didn’t use the smoker but I cooked the gigot in the oven.
Because we had some left-overs from the feast yesterday we had to eat the left-overs. We had roastbeef, frittata and pasta with pesto. The only problem was the warming up of the meat.
On saturday we had roastbeef as main dish and additional to the liked rosmary potatoes we had a frittata which was reall liked by the guests.
